Warranty

The limited warranty for the printer is 1 year. Raise3D Pro2 Series Limited Warranty

The warranty for the following parts is ninety (90) days from date of purchase:

  • Heating rods
  • Thermal sensors
  • Heat bed
  • Cooling fans
  • Circuit boards such as:
    • LCD
    • LCD Logic Board
    • Motion Controller Boards
    • Extruder Boards

Warranty does not apply to consumables, such as:

  • Hot ends
  • Nozzles
  • Fan covers
  • Build surface
  • Build plate
  • Top cover
  • Or other items that are expended during normal operation
  • The warranty also does not cover external devices, accessories or parts added to the system after the printer was shipped

Appearance defects that do not affect product’s functioning are NOT covered by this warranty.
